What You Should Do
Stand up and stand straight with your feet open. Take the two ends of a wrapped towel, and spread it vertically before you. Without losing your attitude and reducing the towel's grip, move your arms to your right, then up and up, describing a half circle over your head. Then move your arms, still holding your towel straight to the left side of your body.

After changing your wing position, turn the movement into another half - circle on the opposite side.

Wing moves should create an eight-like figure. But remember: You have to make sure that your feet move as little as possible.

This exercise should be performed in a minute, two to four times a day. It activates the muscles in the abdomen and also strengthens the muscles in the arms. The results will be more visible shortly before you begin the second week.
