From a month of house arrest to four who were beaten in Fushe-Kosovo

The court has found that house arrest is an adequate measure for unhindered development in this criminal case, since defendants if left in freedom can eliminate, hide, change or forge criminal acts by influencing the A.M. victim. Or other witnesses to commit a crime.
Also, if left on freedom, there is the danger that they can repeat criminal work.
S.T., O.T., M.T., I.T., living in the 28th district of Fushe Kosovo on April 29, 2020, due to a dispute with the injured A. M, they were involved in a beating that had resulted in severe bodily injury.
The sides have a right to a complaint against this decision at the Kosovo Court of Appeal.
