The following exercises will help you to dilate and break your feet without spending hours at the gym. All you need is three minutes before you go to bed!
Here are three-minute exercises that will weaken your feet:
Squares
A deep body meeting will give you remarkable results. It may be a little difficult, but it'll be worth it. This exercise activates your muscles, makes your body more flexible and your evils stronger. Make 10 repetitions.
High knee
