The government's spokesman for Progress Kryeziu denounced this statement, while in just a few minutes, it has provided a clarification itself, Prof. Raka.
He has clarified that the journalist's question of taking the prime minister's samples was put before the act committed. As a result, Raka says that in any other case the results of tests from the IKSHPK appear about 8:00 to 22:00.

1. I apologize to the prime minister, his staff and the citizens of Kosovo for the misunderstanding I caused. Pandemia and politics are ideal symbiosis for media stories, often out of the real picture. Such an example was the title issued by an interview a few days ago “what Luli Raca said about Behxhet Pacollin”, although I did not even mention the name Behxhet!
2. That's the signal I need some rest from the media. Therefore, I thank all the media for the extraordinary contribution and to the extent of co-operation in fighting COVID-19 in Kosovo. This challenge is marathon, and each of us has to keep our energy.
3. If I have something to say, I'm going to write it on Facebook myself, without the press' orders. I already know that the title to be drawn from this explanation will appear in various versions.
