Dear believers,
Brothers and sisters of all mankind!
The whole world is facing a great danger that has claimed the lives of thousands of people and continues to threaten the lives of millions of other people because of the spread of the pandemic coronavirus (COVID-19).
With appreciation for the role of medicine and scientific research to defeat this pandemic, we must remember that in the face of this serious crisis, they will seek God's support. So we want to invite all the people of the world to pray according to their religious beliefs, fast, and do charitable deeds with the same one stopping the pandemic. Each of us, wherever it is found and according to the teachings of the respective traditions of religions and philosophies, let us ask God to help all of us in this disaster; to inspire scientists to find a cure for the virus and save the world from the effects of this serious pandemic in the field of health, economy, and humanity.
In actualising the document's objectives on the Human Brotherhood, the High Committee for Human Brotherhood proposes celebrating Thursday, May 14, 2020, a World Day of Prayer, Fasting, and Acts of Charity. P
To respond jointly to this invitation, to call on the almighty God to save the world, to help us overcome the pandemic, to restore security, stability, health, and well - being so that after this pandemic is complete, our earth can be better than before a warm place for mankind and the human brotherhood.
