In a Facebook post, deputy chairman The PDK writes that full reciprocity and mutual recognition will be achieved in US and EU co-ordination and support, as Kosovo's independence has been declared.

Dialogue should be the responsibility of each government. Through it we have managed to coordinate and with full international support to extend sovereignty to the north and implement mutual measures towards Serbia.
Even full reciprocity and mutual recognition will reach US and EU co-ordination and support, as we have declared independence, formed the military and secured recognition and membership in international organisations.
