There is good news for all those mothers who want to lose their calories but do not have the will to engage in physical activity. New research reveals that a hot - water shower can be as useful to one's health as a footrace, where you sweat and burn calories.
According to Dr. Steve Fulkner of the University of Louisborough, a relaxing bath, offers benefits similar to exercise physical activity and not just for the mind; but it can also prevent type 2 diabetes and other diseases.
Dr. Faulkner analyzed 14 people who took a hot shower and then cycled. The bicycle trip burned more calories, but the shower was equal to a half - hour walk as far as burned calories are concerned.
Dr. Faulkner said that general change of blood sugar in both exercise and shower was similar, and added: “but the blood sugar level after eating was about 10 percent lower when participants took a hot shower compared to the time they exercised physical activity. ”
Of course, the benefits of training are still indisputable, but for all who cannot do so is an alternative method.
Recent studies have also shown that past time on the beach increases mental benefits.
