Do you also share in the category of those who don't visit the oven daily? If so, you will find the following way to store the bread you will buy for a number of days.
Read carefully, and follow counsel one at a time.
The bread you will not consume is cut into slices and put on ice.
After about two hours, separate slices two by two or three and place them in small bags.
Then, again, freezing.
Get it out of freezing a few hours ago just enough to consume.
The bread, before it is consumed, has to retake room temperature.
