Democratic Party of Kosovo chief member Betim Djoshi, in a post on his social facebook network, has indicated that the responsible government awaits prison because, according to him, “Laws punish those who, with their actions or inactions, push or create conditions, for a person to kill himself.” He explains that documents issued by the media confirm that the relevant institutions were aware of Agon Musliu's health problems and that they have not taken into account have made serious neglect that has been a cause of suicide. Calling to his profession as a lawyer, Yoshi quoted Article 177 of the penal code that in cases of suicide condemns persons involved in imprisonment of (1) five years.

Today, official documents appeared that clearly indicate that the Kosovo Embassy in Germany had announced that young Agon Musliu had a poor state of health, and for that he had confirmation.
