Europe Day celebrated in Kosovo, while students are isolated

The organisation “Student Democracy” has reacted to Europe Day, underlining the fact that Kosovo students and youth are still isolated and cannot move freely to represent the country in different global conferences and events.

“Students are lagging behind with global development and advancement because Europe is not opening up to us the streets of free movement, though isolated we celebrate Europe's day, but we are looking for responsibilities from our politicians who are not doing enough for this, and not liberalising visas even this year is denying Kosovo students the free movement and as such are remaining isolated, and for this reason the deputies of the Republic of Kosovo, who are moving free, while people and students are isolated because they do not have the same option, says the chairman of the organisation, Meovina.
