Arian Elshani, representative of the Democratic Party of Kosovo in the CEC, in a Facebook post, has taken up the pride of incumbent Prime Minister Kurti in cutting spending during the government's 100-day term. He notes that among the 100-day failures, three are frauds related to cutting spending, calling the first failure to keep the promise to 13 ministries by making a government with 15 ministries. Second, Elshani highlights the matter of deputy ministers, saying that he cut their number down but compensated them with an enormous number of political advisers. Thirdly, Elshani calls fraud for lowering government wages. He stresses “The truth is that these salaries are regulated by the law of salaries adopted in the Assembly, which is expected of the Constitutional Court ruling”. So according to him, when the Constitutional Court's act is issued, there will be no value to Kurt's populist decision.
His full posting in Facebook is the following:
In the government's 100-day speech, dismissed Prime Minister Kurti again lied about some of the 100 failures he has made during the period, claiming that one of the government's main successes has been cutting spending. As of the first day in power, this outgoing government deceived with the number of ministries which had promised to be only 13 but increased the temperature to 15 for typical chair shopping.
Days later, the next fraud was manifested with a decrease in the number of Zv. Ministers. All the time Vetevendosje criticised the Haradinaj government for the large number of deputy ministers, and pledged it would reduce this number to cut spending as well. But the deputy ministers replaced them with political advisers, not having any effect on the relief landing. So it became an enzyme increase in the number of political advisers with militants and family members of the Communist club.
But that government was not enough to deliberately deceive and continue to deceive by reducing government wages. The truth is that these salaries are regulated by the law of salaries adopted in the Assembly, which the Constitutional Court's ruling is expected. If this decision is in favour of the law then the salaries return automatically as high as they have been, so even the populist decision of landing, clearly turns out to be a political marketing fall.
These three successive deceptions committed since the beginning of 100 days show that this government was destined to fail because it was based on fraud, not on proper vision of the future.
