Aktakuze against 4 people in Gjilan for violation of 17-year-old minor

According to the prosecution, defendants S.I., A.A., S.L. and A.S., in co-ordination, have violated minorly injured, aged 17.

“According to the indictment, defendants S.I., A.A., S.L. and A.S., on February 23, 2020, in the village of Selica, the municipality of Gjilani, have violated the minor, 17-year-old, the way the defendant A.S.S., originally exploiting her condition, promising to marry, committed sexual relations with her, in the home of the non-resident S.L., where the same was said to be damaged.A.A.L., to perform sexual relations with minors in the constitution of the prosecutor, the constitution is said to be carried out in the constitution.

After that, the same gets the damage to be sent home, where, after approaching home, defendants A.S., S.I., S.L. and minors come down from the car, using their own position again to engage in sexual relations with her, who are later identified and arrested”, is said further in the statement.

With these actions, the Overmarked defendants have, in co-operation, carried out the criminal work '%Dunumi, by Article 227 paragraph 4 subparagraph 4.6 and 4.8, concerning Article 31 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
