Abrashi: Albin Kurti's threatening letter to the Constitution, dictatorship slide signal

Organising secretary of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Arbani, has said incumbent Prime Minister Albin Kurti is leading the country towards dictatorship. According to him, not respecting any procedure, Kurt made a decision to restrict the movement because of the pandemic, which, according to him, was later confirmed as constitutional violations.

According to Abrasch, he also took second place.

He has added that Kurti cut the level of state management from the government to the ministry in opposition to the Constitutional Court.

These unconstitutional measures have been imposed by the government without LDK votes. We urgently request that terms of quarantine be abolished. Urgently, Pristina will be removed from quarantine”, he has said.

He has said Kurt's threatening <x0-letter to the Constitutional Court is the signal for slide in dictatorship”.

“By getting even more involved in the tendency to control everything, he has been addressed with a threatening letter to the Constitutional Court, saying that if he gets other complaints on the basis, it is shown fair. So the decisions of each institution should be in sync with it otherwise it becomes partial”, he said.

Abrashi has said that in these days of governance, Kurti showed love fears for Serbia.

He has mentioned the case of Behgjet Pacolli, until he has declared that the incumbent government has repeatedly threatened him with his arrest.

Abrashi has said that the downloaded “government trying to share power from which it was dismissed also refers to the Constitution of Serbia, which envisions Kosovo as part of it. All these actions in just a few days of government have been spreading his inability to govern”.

Speaking of the LDK chairmanship meeting held yesterday, he has said there were no tensions at this meeting, adding that he has not yet been placed on the names of the government cabinet they intend to do.

“Day we've had the Headship meeting discussed the government format but we haven't entered the composition of the House Government cabinet. We don't have names yet. As for the agreement with the Serbian List, it is more or less with the same competencies that are guaranteed with the Constitution of Kosovo, the same as it had during Kurti Government. They'll get as much political power as they did in Kurti Government. There has been no crash at the LDK meeting”, he said.

Abrashi has added further that they do not see indicators to go to the polls.

“We don't see there are indicators to go to the elections, we've got the decree for government. It is the right of others to complain and ask for a measure. We have welcomed this arrangement and respect the decision. We invite all subjects to respect the decisions of the Constitutional Court”, he said.
