The document provided by Periscope and other media is seen as the name of the late Musliu, where a column said that there were health problems and that there was medical confirmation.
The ministry does not deny that the document in question exists, but says it has not left the office of this ministry. Furthermore, it is stated that the deceased has not had documents that confirm his state of health and that he has even received a medical examination.

Furthermore, this minister in her response claims that the late Musliu has not reported and has not indicated any health problems. But these claims are based on the words of a health professional believed to have controlled Musliu. Why he decides to believe the latter blindly in order to give way to the investigation to make everything worse.
All these claims of this ministry would have to be carefully investigated by the country's prosecution, just as the document issued by the Kosovo Embassy reportedly possessed confirmation, as some had on the list. /Periscope

Viewing the abuse that media and designated individuals are making to an orientation document of the Embassy of the Republic of Kosovo in Germany, Germany's list of repatriateds from May 2, 2020, respectively, where it finds the name of the late A. The Ministry of Health owns the medical reports of the deceased, compiled by doctors pending that, because of medical ethics and privacy, I will not make it public, where, during receiving anemnestic data, in the presence of the doctor in charge of arrival in Kosovo, the deceased has not reported any kind of disease or health concern.
Moreover, MS also has the written report of a health professional who has visited the patient, confirmed even through a medical fax, in which the patient is said to have not reported or related to any disease or health problems.
Also, the health professional has confirmed “post factum” that the deceased during medical examination has declared no problem or health confirmation.
Therefore, the Ministry of Health re-affirms that it has asked the State Prosecutor to make a thorough investigation into the case, while also calling at the same time for investigation into those who by manipulating with documents not issued by the Ministry of Health, are misusing a young man's tragedy for low purposes.
