A study carried out by an app on smart phones (smartphone) has shown that women sleep longer than men, but wake up less happy.
The study conducted at over 950 thousand people is entitled “sleep cycle”. It has been conducted in 47 countries, and part of it have been ages between 18 and 55, and the study lasted a year.
The study revealed that women in Indonesia sleep 35 minutes longer than men. They were followed by women in Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom.
Women in Japan sleep for about five minutes longer than men. Japan is a place where men and women go to sleep at the same time.
However, women in Australia, China, but even in Colombia, Portugal, and Ukraine are happier when they wake up,
Men who wake up the happiest Sunday are the ones who wake up in Mexico.
Turkey is also among the countries where females sleep longer and in which men are happier during the wake.
