Fortunately, experts say identifying the reasons why your hair is rare can help inherit it.
Consider this advice on adjusting your hair:
Sea food
Only three sea foods per week promote increased hairs by 78 percent of women. Dermatologist Sam Kim, M.D., explains that marine foods are rich in salin, ion and omega-3 fat.
Added: Stanford University researchers say this supply of nutrients powers the slow cells, restoring energy to up to 70 percent of women in two weeks!

Try vitamin E
You can increase the thickness of your hair by 34 percent in three months simply by taking 0.2 grams of an E vitamin every day. This nutrients reduces head inflammation.
Added: Vitamin facilitates frying and speeds up the healing of tanned skin to 62 percent.
Note: Check with your doctor before you decide.
Puscal tea
Piscal tea, which tastes like hard green tea, is filled with silica, a mineral that you can't get in other products. No wonder Brazilian researchers say that drinking two cups of tea each day increases the thickness of its hair and its brightness to 33 percent.
Added: The tea rich with silica also strengthens its nails, cutting the divide to 85 percent.
