Thaci's adviser for Veton Surroi's scenario: Two governments in one state operate only in Venezuela

President Thaci's adviser, Artan Behrami, has said Veton Surroi's logic that could apply the concept of the two governments in Kosovo cannot function.

Behram has written that the scenario that he is trying to live up to in Kosovo, Veton Surroi, is similar to the Maduros plan to illegally retain power by violence. He said this plan only applies to Venezuela.
