Svechla doubts President Thaci took Pacolli with Albania's car

Xhelal Svecla, incumbent Minister of Internal Affairs's duty during a news conference, has said Kosovo President Hashim Thaci violated the state protocol Tuesday by going to Albania, not announcing the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Svecla has said President Thaci has to show why he violated the state protocol, while asking Pacolli to immediately prove his whereabouts.

I was later informed by the border police that Kosovo's president has crossed the state border shortly before 18 o'clock in Albania. The same was back shortly after 7:00 p.m., he said.

He said that under state protocol law any movement of president outside borders must be communicated to MPJ

He has said that if the report proves true that with Thaci in Kosovo, MP Behgjet Pacolli has entered, police will take measures against AKR leader.
