The Foundation Court in Gjilan has approved Gjilan's Constitutional Prosecutor's request, assigning the detention measure of 30 (thirty) days to defendants E. H.
As the court reports, there is suspicion that by the date of 13,04,2020, about 11:00 p.m. at an uninhabited house at the beginning of the City Hall of the Year has violated the minor victim of the age of 15, having sexual relations with the same one against her will.
With these actions defendant E. H., allegedly committed a criminal violation by Article 227 paragraphs 4, subparography 6 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK)”, the report said.
The primary procedure judge at the Randa Crime Department, following the assessment, has considered that legal reasons for the appointment of the detention measure to the superiors remain insufficient for successful criminal procedure development.
The sides have the right to appeal to this decision at the Court of Appeals.
