One of them has prayed for Periscop's editing to deliver a message in which a citizen seeks help by pointing to the difficult circumstances of his family.
Citizens Bajrami from Vushtrria says she has a six-member family, and that she is failing to obtain flour and food during this period. He adds, however, that he is neither able to buy needed drugs from his parents.
He says his condition is very bad and seeks help by offering his phone number.
