Haxhi Minister Mohammed Banten has said that the Saudi Kingdom is concerned about the safety of pilgrims and has called on people “to wait before the establishment of contracts”.
About two million people had been expected to travel to Mecca and Medina in July and August of this year to be part of the religious ceremony.
Muslims who are physically well must perform Hadzi at least once in their lives.
The other pilgrim, Umra, has already been suspended as a precaution against the spread of the coronary.
People have been barred from entering Mecca and Medina, just as in the capital Riyadh, while Saudi authors fight the outbreak of the Devud-19 disease, which has infected at least 1,563 people and claimed the lives of 10 others.
