Ramadan Kosovo advice: Don't play an epidemiologist, cut the job off to a 32 - year - old school student

Kosovo Institute of Public Health Director Naser Ramadani has said the measures that have been taken by the country's institutions and IKSHP recommendations concerning preventing the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic should continue to be respected in the coming weeks, while limiting the movement should continue.

Ramadani has all urged that they do not put on public pressure, adding that people are continuing to play epidemiologist and are asking many questions and accounts.

He said that the questions and doubts that appear against doctors at this time are inappropriate and is causing you much pressure.

Ramadan also revealed the distance citizens should keep with each other depending on what they do.

He said epidemiologists have conducted 32-year schooling, and for that, they must be the people dealing with their work, while citizens said they should stay at home.

Still people want to play epidemiologist, let epidemiologist who has 32 years of school to do the job. If someone has 32 years of school let him come and start work immediately”, Ramadan said at “The Office of the Ankes”
He also said that Pristina as the capital has greater attention from epidemiologists, because it is another dimension, but not out of the other municipalities, especially the Malisheva municipality, where there are mostly cases with COVID-19 so far.

Pristina has our attention because it has another dimension. This does not mean, however, that we do not have attention in other municipalities. You know we have given preference to Malisheva, if there are more specific cases with several cases, as in this case we will have priority, but without even putting aside the remaining”, Ramadani said.

Director The IKSHP cited a number of about 3 thousand and 500 people as contacts, while saying that all of these are being done by a number of epidemiologists who are doing their job miraculously.

We have over 3,500 contacts, we've checked out 300 that have entered Kosovo abroad. This is an end number, with a number so small that I cannot mention”, Ramadani said.
