Kosovo microbiologist Lul Raka has commented on the arrivals of Kosovo citizens from abroad, as well as their introduction into quarantine at the Students Centre in Pristina.
According to Kosovo professor at the dormitory, all who come from abroad should be introduced, except on specific occasions as mothers with sick children, as well as persons who have been operated outside Kosovo.
All others according to him, including Mr. Behgjet Pacolli, who recently argued about his arrival from Switzerland to Kosovo and his quarantine at the student centre.
This is not the font of wishes. It's a process that's regulated by legal framework and pandemic rules. The rules are the same for everyone. There have been cases, there have been mothers with paralyzed children, who are operating outside Kosovo, left hospitals and these normal cases that have not gone to quarantine, but in domestic isolation. There are specific cases and each case is considered exclusively at the Center Operational in the Ministry of Health and in collaboration with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the decision is made. The law is the same for all.
