Periscop sources say the decision-making process about this case, which was initiated in 2017, is on the verge of epilogue and is not ruled out for it to end at the expense of state public interest and in favour of the AKR leader.
The reason for this, as stated, is also the neglect shown by Albulen Hadziu's Ministry of Justice and a sabotage that is being done to the team's work committed to representation of the state of Kosovo in this international arbitration.
This raises doubts about political involvement in the process. The company “Mabco Constructions SA” has indicted the Government of Kosovo in connection with the case of “Grand Hotel Grand”, which Behgjet Pacolli had purchased, but later cancelled privatisation.
Pacolli has indicated that Mabetex requires only the return of his means, under which they have been unjustly kidnapped./Periscopi/
