In hospital inauguration statements, local officials have indicated they hope this model will be followed not only by other regions in Italy but also internationally.
A series of donations were mobilised for its construction, resulting in about 1,200 donors creating a fund totaling almost 21m euros.
For the construction of this hospital, they worked 10 days, 500 people in three shifts per 24 hours a day. Almost 100 enterprises were involved in the construction process.
In total, this hospital will have 200 beds and 200 doctors in anesthesia and intensive care, 500 nurses and more than 200 medical professionals will work in it.
Similarly, a large hospital was built in Wuhan, China, where a 7 - day record hospital was established.
