Former Deputy Prime Minister Enver Hoxhaj has said that the creation of a new government, we liked it or são liked it, is inevitable, now at this political and pandemic time in Kosovo.
Democratic Party of Kosovo MP Enver Hoxhaj has indicated that the creation of a new government is inevitable and any other option is abuse of power.
Enver Hoxhat's complete Facebook script:
It is now known that the PDK will not accept becoming part of the new government. But that doesn't mean that Kosovo should remain without government, especially today, in pandemic times. Establishment of the new government, which is constitutional right, is also a political necessity for the country, and any other option is abuse of the power, the Constitution and the interests of the citizens of Kosovo.
Kosovo is the Parliamentary Republic with its citizens elected representatives directly. These elected, 82 of them, have voted to sack this government. There are the same deputies who will decide who will have the right to establish the new government and mandate the future prime minister of the Republic of Kosovo.
We all need to know that going to elections in this case cannot be done with any automatism of the political process. Therefore, the creation of a new parliamentary majority and the political will of parties for new governments are legitimate and constitutional.
In current political and public health circumstances in Kosovo, there can be no new elections. At least not in the short term. So the new government comes out as inevitability and necessity. Because, if the first party cannot make the parliamentary majority and establish the government, we should not enter the house.
If there are others who make the majority in the country a party or a coalition party, that should happen, even if the séna likes it because of our party or personal preferences. Avoiding both options would be abuse of power and state.
The state of Kosovo is eternal. Parties and individuals are temporary.
