In an interview in the special edition of Kosovo, he said these measures resemble the extraordinary situation.

I don't want to politicize this problem for a reason, because it doesn't take us anywhere. But I'm seeing some tendency to usurp power that shouldn't happen. If it is done for other political purposes it will be very harmful”.
Rugova also discussed the corruption situation in Istog, where during today the eighth victim, a 39-year-old who had preliminary health problems, was also marked.
He said all measures are under way and that the village from which the deceased comes is already on monitoring, while added that there is a need for clarification about the case.
I think it's an obligation to explain the family. Even health institutions have to provide information to show how it came to death”.
