1. Strengthening the first part of the cobbles, knees, and belly muscles
First position, lay on your back with your hands next to your body.
Alternatively bend and guide your feet, turning them into your original position.
Repeat ten times.
2. Strengthening the Back of the Orders
The exercise is made up of two parts.
Part One: The initial position on the back, the legs are raised and the feet are at best drawn towards you. Keep your knees curved, and bend your feet alternately.
Important: On the heels at all times keep turning “from yourself”, and in the heel try to touch your hips.
Repeat ten times.
Part two of the exercise: on the back, legs raised and curved a little. Wrink with both legs, lift the hips from the bed, and strain the upper leg.
Repeat 20 times.
