CRU Pristina: Water bills can also be paid in Kosovo Post, without additional division

Two important institutions dealing with the delivery of consumer services met during the day to co-ordinate their activities that directly connect to the delivery of consumer services.

The Board of Directors and Directors of the CRU “Pristina” met today with the Board of Directors and the Kosovo Post Management.

The purpose of this meeting was to discuss better issues and opportunities for co-operation, with particular emphasis offering better services to consumers.

The particular and concrete importance and discussion was dedicated to dealing with and offering consumer facilities, about paying for water and sewage services, opportunities to make payments without additional costs, even in the Kosovo Post.

At the meeting it was confirmed that realising the payment of the water bill through provisions for the sale of the Kosovo Post, consumers are guaranteed immediate write-off of the debt and automatically in the KRU payment system “Pristina”.

In this case, all KRU consumers “Pristina” -- extending to eight municipalities in the operational zone -- are urged to use Kosovo Post Points for paying the water bill because, the payments are without additional provision and are immediately cleared into the Pristina Water system.
