Whatever good may be the sophisticated timely variants, classical tiramisu remains the favorite of those who have always liked it. Preparation is quite simple, but you must have good, fresh ingredients to understand what we're talking about.
The ingredients for 6-7 people:
(literally 100 inches)
500g Mascarpone cheese • 6 fresh eggs in an environment temperature (white only from white) • 120g sugar • 5-6 cups of hot browns where we digested 2 teaspoons of sugar • 300-400g cyst Saviard • bitter spray cacao
Preparation:
1. We beat with the electric beat of egg yellows and sugar until it's foamy, about five minutes.
2. The Mascarpone cheese is made of a little fork or spoon to become cream and add to the bowl with egg yellows. We keep mixing it with the electric kicker one to two minutes.
