Guangzhou Evergrande has announced that they have started work for the new stadium, which will have 100,000 seats and will once be the largest stadium in the world.

Guangzhou Evergrande has so far been playing at Tianhe Stadium since 2011, with a capacity of 600,000 seats.
The new stadium, with a capacity of 100,000 seats, will pass through Barcelona's Camp Nou, 99,354 to become the largest stadium in the world. Stadium includes 16 private V rooms VIP, 152 private V rooms IP, an area for FIFA, an area for athletes, a media area and a press conference.
According to ESPN, Xia told reporters that Evergrande plans to build between three and five other stadiums with capacities of 80,000 to 100,000 around China to cover the absence and that one day they will be able to organise the World Cup.
Guangzhou Evergrande is one of the most successful teams in China and Asia. The club has won the Chinese Superleague eight times, as well as twice the single Chinese club that wins it twice.
