Since March 13th, when the first cases of the COVID pandemic in Kosovo were also marked, 799 cases have been recorded, 22 have ended fatally, while 249 persons have recovered.
Also from February 8th to April 29, 2020, at the Medieval Microbiology Laboratory in IKSHPK with the RT- The PCR, a total of 7,180 suspicious samples of the SARS-CoV-2 virus have been tested.
This is the last communiqué by the IKSHP to provide additional details on the latest developments with COVIDD-19 in Kosovo.
On April 29, 2020, at the IKSHPK Mactic Microbiology Laboratory with RT- The PCR, a total of 225 samples taken by the Infectious Clinic, tracking ground-time contacts, as well as quarantines at the student centre.
With SARS-CoV-2, a total of nine (9) cases have been diagnosed.
Positive cases are contact cases from: Prizren municipality: 4 cases (according to settlement: 4 cases Prizren), the Malisheva municipality: 3 cases (according to residence: 3 cases Ludrovc),
And a single case of settlements: The Suhareka and Rahovec sausage.
Today, April 29, 2020, more than seventeen patients have recovered, based on O recommendations. If two samples result negative with at least one day's distance. The total number of cures to date totals two hundred forty and nine (249).
Between February 08th and April 29, 2020, at the Medieval Microbiology Laboratory in IKSHPK with RT- The PCR, a total of 7,180 suspicious samples in the SARS-CoV-2 virus were tested, and a total of the positive ones resulted in seven hundred ninety-nine cases, while a total of twenty-two cases have changed lives and had other accompanying diseases.
In the IKSHPK in a continuous 24-hour period is being contacted and monitored by all case contacts, as well as contact contacts by binding them for self-isolation and seeking medical assistance if they have symptoms.
Globally, between December 31, 2019 and April 29, 2020, a total of 3,188,596 cases of COVID-19 and 225,615 cases of death were reported.
