AugustI incumbent Minister Hykmete Bajrami has indicated that so far at the facilities of the Student Centre, which has been converted to quarantine, some 500 citizens, most of whom after tests for COVID-19, have proved negative.
In a Facebook post, Bajrami writes that, in large part, they have already returned to their families and are continuing to isolate 14 days in their homes.
I wish that others who are still staying at this centre would result negative and that as soon as they return safely to their homes”, Bajrami has said.
She thanks the student Centre management and professional medical staff engaged in this centre for the care shown to individual quarantined, while appealing citizens to respect IKKKPK recommendations and to stay in their homes, as the country will thus face more easily the COVID-19 pandemic.
Otherwise, in the past month, with the Kosovo Government's decision, the Student Centre, has been put in service by the Ministry of Health to serve as quarantine for citizens returning from other countries.
