There are thousands of advice and psychological techniques to help you feel happy and learn to rejoice on every new day. Now, different than that, it represents some findings by neuroscientists... people who know exactly when and why your brain can give you a sense of total satisfaction!
1. Learn to say “Thank you”
What happens?
When we thank one person for something, we focus on the positive aspects of life. A pleasant memory causes the production of serotonin in the aerial cervix. This technique is often used to treat depression.
2. Choose problems one by one
What happens:
Our brain never stops looking for solutions to any problems that concern us. This requires a lot of energy, so every time the brain gets tired and the problem remains unresolved, we experience anxiety and frustration. On the other hand, for every successful decision, our brain rewards itself with a dose of neuron broadcasters that calm the lymphical system and help us see the world in a better light once more.
3. Do not keep matters in focus: Talk about what concerns you
What happens:
It is advisable not to keep your problems high. Whenever you talk about them, your brain causes the production of serotonin and even finds some positive aspects of the situation.
4. Learn, learn, and, once again, learn
For the brain, acquiring new knowledge means permanent adaptation to a changing environment. By this process our brain develops, rewarding its efforts to absorb and process fresh information with dopamine, the hormone of joy.
5. Play Sports
Once the stress is over, your body gets a reward: an endorphin dose, released by the pituitary gland. The effect is similar to that of opium (e.g., morphine), which reduces pain and glorifies spirituality. You don't need to make marathons to achieve this result, even an ordinary walk can do wonders.
6.Always Try to Have a Good Sleep
As we sleep in the dark, our bodies secrete our hormone melatonin. This hormone slows down all the processes in the body, helping it recover and increase serotonin levels in hypothalamus. If the brain discovers a change in enlightenment, it causes the release of the stress hormone to quickly wake up the body. So it's important that you sleep 6-8 hours a day and only in dark environments.
