In that public letter, MP Jahja Cocaj has decided to write to ask for a ban on any negotiating activity until the end of the coronary pandemic.

Cocay has even written this letter in the name of some 13 thousand citizens.

In the name of approximately 13,000 citizens of Kosovo, as an MP for the people, of innovative scientific results, in 11 scientific fields published in prestigious magazines, American, German, English and other worldwide magazines, contributing to the development of international scientific minds in the world, as cofounder of the Alb-Science International Institute, as winner of international and national decorations and awards, as professors at the Carnegie-Melon Universities, U.S.A., Kuwait and the University of Pristina (Kosovo) wrote this letter:

We are conservative that the start of negotiations that is preceded by a 100% reduction in the fee, and the guidance of relevant American factors is extremely urgent. President Thaci says that, the opposition parties, Isa Mustafa, so it's true. It doesn't matter that this emergency is said to have been generated by the incumbent with activities in recent years, which we assume may be well meant but in the serious global epidemic situation we are in, it is necessary that:

So, desiring to overcome mass diseases and deaths of individuals of the Serbian people, as well as of my people, I think that the activity of negotiations or settlement should be interrupted at the moment.

In this situation, the mutual solidarity of Serbs and Albanians, as with all people of the globe, should emerge where we should all be on the same side in the fight against this deadly pandemic.

Tarifa or similar situations lasted more than a year, it was not fatal for people's lives, the same can be raised at the moment, so that as well prepared, we focus on the pandemic situation of the virus, perhaps even by solidifying and helping each other, as in the case of crisis or natural disasters.

Although the rate of virus deaths is supposed (even though not yet known), it is around 4%, in a US-made statistics. 55 serious COVID-19 infections have been researched, of which the 15. So you don't know, in this dynamic or chaotic development, the precise scientific mechanism for rapid spread of this virus, so the real level of danger is unknown. But, it is known that this deadly pandemic has Kosovo and Serbia.

So I call on those above - mentioned titles and personalities and others of interest, who, in addition to the end of work in schools, universities, gatherings, contacts that reduce the spread of the deadly virus, interrupt or suspend the negotiation process or conclude agreements, as well as preliminary games such as the issue of tariffs and similar ones.

Anyone who thinks wisely and in a scientific way knows that under the psychological pressure of the pandemic conquering the Balkans, mistakes can be made, at the expense of Serbs or Albanians, during the conclusion of the final agreement.

Consistent that the epidemic storm will end within several months, it is time to stop or suspend all other processes and fight the Corona virus COVID-19.

I am convinced that after the passage of the risk of pandemic, we will find optimum solutions for both sides, Albanians and Serbs in co-ordination with our American and European friends.
