Thaci's adviser: Vjosa Osmani addressed the IKShP to delay the motion for the government's collapse

No institute and no institution can be above the Constitution of Kosovo. Vjosa Osmani, who has the last days to testify to whether he is there to serve Albin Kurti, violating the Constitution of Kosovo and the Rule of the Parliament or to exercise its constitutional and legal powers in the service of the elected people and people themselves.

The Assembly is a legislative institution, elected directly by the people and not elected by Vjosa Osmani.
