President Thaci's political adviser, Adil Behraj, has reacted following statements by Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu against Thaci.
Behrramaj has said that the government's inability to manage an extraordinary situation, even for just a month, is trying to cover it the same as they always do, dealing with the president.
Thaci's adviser has said that if the Government had known what management is, we wouldn't have these cases of growing infected individuals coming from outside Kosovo today. But, according to him, all residents would be treated and isolated in time.
“The inability of the Government of Kosovo to manage an extraordinary situation, even for just one month, Minister Albulen Haxhiu has tried to cover it the same way they always do, dealing with the president.
If you had known what management is, today we would not have had these cases of increased infection by individuals coming from outside Kosovo. But all residents will be treated and isolated on time. This number is now unstoppable as a result of your mismanagement.
If you knew what management was and the citizens cared about, you wouldn't let them wait for hours to do their tests and remove their concerns, waiting for you until you finished yours in the Government of the House.
Even though I'm planning every day to deal with your inability as minister, I'm using this opportunity to explain to you that the president's decree to declare the emergency situation, as required under Article 131, paragraph 1.3, is not about 2/3 of MPs, because you were again confused, but in a very simple way. Voting with 2/3 of MPs is required only when the emergency situation exceeds 150 days.
You look very confused, Minister. You're making a lot of mistakes.
