Democratic Party of Kosovo MP Abelard Tahiri, through a Facebook post, has addressed incumbent Prime Minister Albin Kurti's statement that considering the state's emergency was like a stake on the state.
Tahiri stated that Kurti's refusal to declare the state of emergency at the Kosovo Security Council meeting speaks only of one fact: its “Gatibility to endanger the lives of citizens and national security, only for the whims of his power and inexplicable institutions on his head”.
This is Tahiri's full status:
Albin Kurti's lack of political foresight makes it a constant spread of reverse. The former prime minister called the state of emergency a review as a stick to the state and government.
Fortunately, the extinguisher is limited to his head, but real damage as a country's prime minister is non-recognition of constitutional laws and standards. This, however, does not impress Albin, for he requires forgiveness in purpose, not in standards.
The announcement of the state of emergency by the president in these circumstances that must be approved in the Republic of Kosovo Assembly is nothing more than the mobilization of the highest level of all state mechanisms, including the KSF, in order to implement measures to protect citizens' lives from the pandemic of the COVID-19 virus.
The Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo and the laws in force clearly describe the circumstances that could lead to the announcement of the state of emergency, procedures that must be followed and define the limits of competencies that can be exercised under this circumstance, including rights that could be temporarily suspended.
But regardless of the situation, according to international standards and practices, the state of emergency adheres to vital principles, including the consistency of this situation, participation of measures taken to counter the seriousness of the situation or crisis, and legitimacy.
So during the period of emergency, the boundaries envisioned by the Constitution and the instruments of international law on human rights and fundamental freedoms, which there can be no deviation. While this is normative and legally regulated, the former prime minister's fobi is politically disturbed.
His refusal to declare the state of emergency at the Kosovo Security Council meeting speaks only of a fact: His willingness to risk the lives of citizens and national security, only for the whims of his power and inexplicable institutions in his head.
So the dismissed prime minister was concerned with his power because in his mania, power is not shared with anyone. This preventative and willingness to come to the aid of the citizens, he interpreted as a stamp to him, even though in this case, his failure to acknowledge the full recognition of the Constitution was deeply demonstrated, because the government's responsibilities and competencies remain the same, except in terms related to the management of the state of emergency and the measures of actions for which the government is subject to the decisions of the Kosovo Security Council.
