The balanced diet, exercise and regular sleep are important things to combat the new coronary (Condivus-19), according to Turkish nutrimonist Nevin Sanlıer.
“It is very important to consume sufficient amounts of proteins, especially those of high biological value, such as milk, milk products and eggs, to strengthen immunity”, Sanlıer says.
Sanlıer, who is dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences at Ankara University “Medipol”, advised people to pursue a balanced diet by consuming enough milk products such as milk, butter, yogurt, cheese, but also fish and chicken, eggs, fruits, vegetables, bread and cereals.
She stressed that unilateral diets, or insufficient intake of nutrients, would increase a person's sensitivity to infections.
<x) Fermented milk products, such as kefir or butter, are important sources of probiotics”, she added.
By recommending 2.5 liters of water daily to prevent dehydration, it also recommends consuming fatty foods. It stresses that it is important to continue physical activities and to rest seven to eight hours of sleep.
