Breakfast coffee may increase your ability to concentrate, but it has no impact on creativity. This is a conclusion of the last few days, referring to the study published in Science Direct.
The research featured 80 people who were given a 200 mg caffeine pill, which is equal to a strong cup of coffee.

Following were tests of convergence thinking (solution of problems) and dyvergence (creator and idea), memory and spirituality.
Caffeine had an effect on the increase in concentration, but it did not result in creativity, researchers reported.
Similarly, there was no significant effect on memory growth, yet researchers said that people felt less sad about coffee.
