Stop thinking about pleasing others and start pleasing yourself. Let this be the year when you learn what it means to be happy unconditional. Be selfish, think of yourself, make yourself happy. If we are not happy with ourselves, we cannot make others happy.
So find below a list of 10 things you can do for yourself:
1. Sleep and relax when you feel tired instead of waiting for someone who knows that he may not even write.
2. Wear things that make you feel good and happy instead of those who like to see you wear.
3. Go to the gym and set yourself new targets, because that will make you feel good.
4. Sit alone in your favorite coffee shop or pastry and don't expect someone to invite you there.
5. Turn off the phone, grab a cup of tea and come out to see the beautiful sunset.
6. Don't call the guy who's been ignoring you all week because if they tell you they're too busy and they don't have time for you, you have to show you're too busy for them.
7. Have a cup of coffee, and read your favorite books covered with a warm blanket or a coat.
8. Appreciate each day of life to be forgiven, and be thankful for everything.
