The orange juice has all the C vitamins you need in an entire day. There are few proteins (about two grams) and a good amount of calcium (4 percent of what we need every day) and is practically without fat.
The orange juice is rich in potassium and is an excellent source of B-complex vitamins. It also increases your immune system, and it can even prevent cancer, but more studies are needed in this area.
If we talk about fiber, doctors tell us that orange flesh juice will give you some of the extra fiber you need, but it's not enough yet. Since it is more preference than actual health benefits, do not force yourself to drink the fluid together if you feel that it is too much.
Should we drink more than one cup of orange juice a day? Doctors suggest drinking a glass is enough. More than that, it's easy to get too much sugar.
