Kurti: Z RRE needs to monitor KEDS

In the regional co-operation panel, organised by the Kosovo Afarism Oda, Prime Minister Albin Kurti was asked by business representatives from “Freskia” on the electricity issue, and the removal of monopoly on energy distribution network.
