Mayor Standin Kastrati says about RTV Dukagjin that the person affected is the driver of a tourist agency that has had lines with Germany.
The “Person in question has come to Kosovo at the time when the order for isolation has been made for people coming abroad. We have information that the person in question has stayed at home for 14 days”
