Take a deep breath every morning and hold it for more than 10 seconds. The doctor also advises everyone to try to keep their throat wet. You should drink water every 15 minutes. If you don't drink enough water and regularly, the virus can go through air through respiratory paths and affect your lungs, which means danger.
