Infectian Sali Ahmeti: Increase in expected cases, citizens have patience for several days

Ahmeti said that 40 patients are being treated at the Infectious Clinic, where five of them are in more serious condition.

We have 40 coronary patients being treated in our clinic. Five of them have the most severe condition. But these too have promising signs that they will recover”.

He added that those infected with coronary and treated at home do not manifest clinical signs.

The “those who have resulted in positive, but who are in self-aware do not manifest themselves in clinical signs. Those who appear are recommended to go to regional hospitals. They are controlled by epidemiologists, Regional Hospitals, or even Family Medicine Centers”.

Among other things, Ahmeti said the increase in the number of cases with Ovid-19 is controlled growth.

It's an expected development. It's an active research done by the Institute. It's an increase, but it's not unexpected. We're still expecting increased numbers of cases. Citizens must have patience for a few more days, and this situation will pass”.
