Referring to last night's statement by senior American leaders from the State Department, Geci has meant that in any case Kosovo should be positioned by the US, not Russia, writes Periscope.
“On the train to Washington, D.C. There may also be enemies of mine but I can't get down and board the train that's going to Moscow” writes Geci on Facebook.
