The ingredients for two portions:
3 oranges
4 kiwi
1 lemon
Sugar (if you wish)
Preparation:
Set up oranges and kivis and then cut them into small pieces. Add the oranges to the speed limit in less than a minute. Then add kivi pieces, and continue the centrifuge until you obtain a waste - free liquid.
