It simply writes “Coronavirus effect”, or “the effect of the coronary” to explain the long number of vehicles waiting to be supplied with flour.
As for the quarrel, there is also a tractor to remind us of the times of the Kosovo war.
Whether this refers to the Coronavirus, or to the fear of the flight of American troops, it is unknown whose arrival has marked the coming of freedom for Kosovo from the Serbian regime. /Periscope
