Fast - pacedness makes us less happy!

We walk much faster compared to the generation of our parents or grandparents. Even though there is fantastic news about health and physics, there is something moving fast!

Recent studies, after analyzing some 32 countries based on the speed of their walk, concluded that modern life is what makes us hasty all the time. Stress is at higher levels and the effects on the heart fall.

Fast - pacedness makes us less happy! Being in a hurry, you don't care about yourself anymore. The calls or emails we receive make sure we don't see what happens around us because we want to do a lot of things in a single moment.

Psychologists say that wanting to learn and act on a lot of things is nothing wrong, but if this becomes chronic is as effective as it used to be. We just load ourselves up and add up mistakes. As a result, we talk and move faster.

The consequences? High levels of stress, feelings of frustration or sadness.

What can be done to calm yourself and start over?

If you are stressed by the idea of being late for something, create an opportunity to start early. Put priority on your intentions and make peace with the idea that things can wait.
